Being founded in 1920 by the businessman Mr. Ali ERİŞ of Fatsa province, the company’s initial reputation was for grain trade in the domestic market. In 1950’s, representing the second generation, Mr. Ali ERİŞ the son, gained significant success by investing in hazelnut business and started exporting the product. In 1974, ERİŞ invested in the flour milling industry which constitutes the core business of the company today. Since day one, Eris Flour Mills have been manufacturing and supplying quality wheat flour. The company today operates with 2.300 ton/daily grinding capacity, reaching more than 50 countries in 5 continents as well as supplying the domestic market in both retail and industrial channel, making ERİŞ one of the pioneers in the industry.

In 2013, ERİŞ added a new product to its portfolio by introducing Türkiye’s first national Instant Noodle brand; NUDO. NUDO, produced with reliable and Halal food criteria, does not contain artificial preservatives, artificial flavouring, and additives such as MSG (Monosodium Glutamate).    With the same ideology of supplying natural and additive free products, Eris lunched its second brand DUDOMI in 2022. NUDO being on the more premium end, DUDOMI is loved and appreciated especially by the younger consumers with its 6 different and delicious flavor.  

ERİŞ facilities are certified by ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. On top of these Quality Management Certificates, all ERİŞ products, weather it is within the retail or industrial channel, are certified Halal by Gimdes. We, at ERİŞ, believe that food business is a business of conscience and we do not supply any products unless we consume them at our very own houses with our own families and loved ones.
